I had such a heartfelt and reassuring experience at this clinic. I nearly fainted while shopping and needed medical attention, so I came in for help and received an IV drip. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with incredible kindness, compassion and professionalism. They were patient, attentive and genuinely concerned about my wellbeing. Their excellent English made communication easy, which was especially comforting as a traveller in Bali. Even though I was feeling unwell and vulnerable, they helped me feel safe, calm and completely supported. Needing medical care while overseas can be frightening, but the team made the entire experience feel smooth and reassuring. My fiancée came down with a bad case of Bali belly the day before our flight home, and Mission Medical were brilliant from start to finish. They arrived at our villa in Pererenan really quickly, and the doctor and nurse were amazing: friendly, calm and genuinely helpful. They explained everything clearly, from what was going on to the treatment and what to expect next, which made a stressful situation much easier. Booking over WhatsApp was simple too. I had a really bad bout of food poisoning and this clinic was listed by my insurer and close to where I was staying. Within an hour a doctor and nurse were in my hotel room setting me up with medications and an IV drip. They were both incredibly professional and kind and walked me through every step. Thank you to Dr. Robert and Melky! The aftercare was also seamless, medical report and invoice sent through WhatsApp and any other documents you need to make a claim with insurance. All communication was flawless. Thanks to the whole team 🙏🏼

Hervorragender Service! Nach einer Infektion kam ein Arzt und ein Helfer zu uns nach Hause. Sie haben sich unsere Beschwerden angehört und uns die nötigen Medikamente gegeben. Sie sind auf jede Frage eingegangen und haben uns nie ein schlechtes Gefühl gegeben, dass wir sie mitten in der Nacht gerufen haben. Nach der Infusion haben sie uns noch erklärt wie wir die verschriebenen Medikamente einnehmen sollen. Ich kann dieses Team nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Went to 2 different hospitals prior to this one for a foot injury which got fully infected. No one helped as good as this clinic. After one week my wounds were fully healed, the care was so precise and I felt so good. Also they wanted me to come every 2 days to make sure it's healing correct. They made me feel so good. Thank you for all the support ❤️
